PAYMASTER SERVICES

A Payment Manager or Depository Agent, generally perform as a NEUTRAL THIRD PARTY, in any transaction between two persons, entities, or companies, whereby the Payment Manager, receives funds from a buyer or investor into an account, preserve the account, and then disburses those funds to the seller or beneficial owner, according to the instructions in a private investment contract, a purchase contract, or a service contract.

Afterwards the service provider then receives a commission from the contract as payment for its services. The Payment Manager consolidates the account and provides a balance to the buyer or investor.

Placing the funds in protection with a neutral and trusted third party, reduces the risk to both the buyers, investors, the sellers or final beneficiaries in these transactions. This ensures that the seller individual, business, or final beneficiary requiring the funds, whether for an investment, loan, or payment for services, is assured that sufficient funds are available to fulfill the agreement made between the parties, and allows the buyer or owner of the funds to receive the agreed service or title to the assets in question

Our Paymaster services are commonly used for transactions involving goods, products, merchandise, investments, or loans that generally involve a large volume of currency. Therefore, our services are used to facilitate payments and disbursement of funds.

In addition, the use of our Paymaster Services, is also one of the most effective means for intermediaries to ensure that they receive the fees, compensation, or commissions contractually agreed upon between the parties. The use of Paymaster Services, is crucial to enforcing the payment of commissions and is the safest way to protect compensation rather than having a fee agreement between the parties alone with no back up structure in place.

The Paymaster, is not a party to the transaction and generally does not know exactly when the transaction will close. Part of our responsibilities as Paymaster, or Depositary Agent, is to periodically check the bank account of deposit to ensure that payment has been transferred by the buyer or investor, and then disburse the funds by the instructions provided and described in the contract signed between the parties. The Payment Administrator, is not authorized to disclose the identity of the parties to the parties in the transaction for confidentiality purposes.

Our Group offers the services of a Depository Agent or Paying Agent to individuals, businesses, and corporations worldwide. We are a neutral and trusted third-party that collects deposits in connection with international business transactions, hold funds in protected deposit accounts, and then deliver them following the contract between the parties.
